After contacting them for an on-demand heater issue at our Bayfield cottage, Roddy got back to my appointment request very quickly. He gave us a next day service call and offered two quotes for the purchase and installation of a new water heater. Originally scheduled in two weeks, but called us with news that he was able to get us in earlier. We trusted him with the key to our cottage, as we live in London. Roddy did a great job installing and did clean work. He went above and beyond replacing a shower control valve of our bathtub and sealing gaps in our chimney well and pipe joint from our roof. I got to meet him while at my cottage and he was very nice, polite, respectful and I recommend his work and this company 100%. He’s our new go to guy for plumbing.
I contacted John Herman Plumbing about installing a sump pump at our cottage. We live a couple of hours away so couldn’t be there to discuss the logistics after an initial meeting to confirm what was needed. Despite that the service appt was easy to setup and coordinate. Work was done on the day agreed to. Photos and video were provided of the work in progress and of the completed project. I was very impressed with the whole process. More contractors need to work this way.
